Final
Announcement Dear Guests, The International Forum on Bio-Environmental
and Bio-energy Engineering (2003-IFBBE), as scheduled, is going to be held
from Nov.21 to Nov 23, 2003 in Beijing. The advanced developments and achievements of Bio-environment and
Bio-energy Engineering together with its key roles in the modern agriculture
development will all be focused on the 2003-IFBBE. World famous experts from
international associations like the International Association of Agricultural
Engineering (CIGR), ASAE, Association of Overseas Chinese Agricultural,
Biological, and food Engineers (AOC) and from institutions in US, Japan,
Denmark, Canada, Israel, and China will give their keynote speeches. Totally
110 participants are expected to attend the Forum. The Forum, as an important activity of the Agricultural S&T Act Year
of the Ministry of Agriculture, China, also has attracted many news and media

Time: Nov. 20, 2003 Registration Fee: US $300.00 per participant and US $150
per accompanying person. Registration fee for each participant is inclusive
of cost of proceedings, refreshment, lunches, field trips, dinners and
banquets. (Except invited speakers) Services: Transportation: Please contact Ms. GUAN Xiaodong of the Chinese
Society of Agricultural Engineering (CSAE), if you need transportation
services like transportation from and to the airport, sightseeing in Beijing,
etc. The service is not free. Hotels: Three hotels with standards from lower to higher are
available around the Forum Venue (Please see the attached Appendix 3). Translation: The simultaneous translation will be provided for
the plenary conference on the first day. The presentations on the 2nd and 3rd
